i dont get how the rotor can spinn.. he cut it to the outer diameter of the bottle.. why is it not jamming? am i missing something??

#2. The bottom of the bottle is wider than the part he used to measure it with. I'm impressed with this, its the sort of thing you expect to come out of Cuba, where they have very little so adapt other things to do a job...usually very successfully as well!

Agree with #1. Nice demonstration on how to make a vacuum cleaner, but by the time you've gotten some of the parts together, you can buy a beter one, about as cheap, at Walmart.
