I see little point in a video which doesn't demonstrate the scale.
I was in Bosnia last year and took a video of what I initially thought was a very tiny moth, about half an inch long, hovering at flowers. I thought it was a bit strange during the day, so I looked closer. It and several others in the same patch turned out to be humming birds, smaller than the tip of my little finger - blowing up a still from the video I was just able to make out the body, wings and beak.
This video doesn't do anything at all to show that. This bird could be six inches long, and I've seen lots of birds before.

#5#6 You stupid vimin just measure the Snotr logo at the bottom right of the screen, mine is 5cm across on my laptop and 9 inches across on my 60 inch television. So the Hummingbird is either 15 Centre meters long or nearly two feet across plus the beak plus the tongue when it is extended. There are no hummingbirds in Bosnia only sheep and virile goats. if it was indeed as you say hovering at flowers I think you will find that it was a military drone refuelling. Be very careful next time you blow up one of these because they carry a very tiny nuclear missile which will have you eye out if you blow up the wrong end :S
