I dont know if it is the same gas, but i heard that you need to make a hand stand to get the gas out of your lungs because it is so heavy. if you dont you die.

You can do the same deep voice by inhaling some nox if you happen to be in the fast cars scene

@#(removed comment) In the UK the legal stuff is catering nitrous oxide, used for whipping cream, available very cheaply in large packs ( a few pence per single use canister). Its common for people to sell it at festivals, usually £2-£3 a go. If you're interested check out catering supplies, it's probs legal in the US too (for catering purposes.

Same effect if you use N2O (laughing gas). That stuff comes with a nice buzz.
