well that's people getting wet for others to be safer. There were dead during those water slides / floods.
I understand why this can be funny but I only have respect for them and hope they'll be safe for the days to come.

#1 Since they were working on evacuating people from their home that were being (partially) destroyed by the flood, I guess they were not in the mood.
