Knowing that powders deliver more oxygen and can be flammable with a little spark is not common knowledge. A lot of people don't believe you the first time you tell them powdered milk can catch on fire if poured on a flame.

Totally dumb and inconsiderate prank as he could have aspirated all that powder and gone into respiratory arrest, yes it can happen quicker than one can imagine when inhaling foreign objects...have no sense of humor for that...thanks Geek for posting this, so people get the idea.. :squirrel:
