Waking the Dead: Bringing Extinct Species Back to Life

Conservationists and scientists have a saying, "extinction is forever." But soon biologists will clone long-gone animals in the hope to redefine that axiom to "DE-extinction is forever."

It might sound like a good idea right now, but some species went extinct for a reason(assuming humans were not involved). Bringing them back would do no good as you could not release them into the wild, they'd just die out again. Which means they'd have to live in captivity like a zoo(That's no way for *any* creature to live) or pets. My point is that you shouldn't bring back something from the dead just for entertainment purposes, which is what it'll be about in the end - and money of course.

If this pigeon won't pluck lawyers from toilets then I think they should be looking for something a little bigger >:)

I remember when I was like 9, I watched a documentary on the tasmanian tiger, and back then I already was a big fan of the animal kingdom. This was really the first time I was devastated. It was surreal that I could look at footage of an animal, but not meet one that's alive. Just gone.
I really hope they succeed

#2 Well maybe, just saying >:) Of course after the plucking I would have to run away then when the police came around to your place looking for me just as you were looking under your car bonnet at the engine, you would have to say "Sorry sheriff I can't help you, my big hens gone" >:) <3
