Liddiard wheels

Canadian, William Liddiard’s successful "omni-directional" wheels prototype. They consist of a specialized roller-equipped rim that can move horizontally and a tire that is rounded like a donut. Gotta think larger scale. Imagine an industrial version for cranes or trucks that already moves slowly, it would be revolutionizing if it became a standard within certain applications.
