Dangerous job this and deserves a good rate of pay! What I would do is set up positive dollar pay system for while they are actually in the centre of the hurricane and a negative dollar system for when they are just sight seeing afterwards.>:)

#2 I think the rest would be very similar as the beginning, a very turbulent flight, as they would pass through the other side of the storm..
