Jack fish taste terrible.

#1 They only taste terrible if you boil or fry them, they come with their own cooking instructions rotate slowly in a microwave

#2 The best recipe I have seen for Jack fish is to season them overnight in Italian dressing
and then place them on thin pine boards and put them in the oven at 250 degrees for about five minutes.
After taking them out of the oven throw the fish away and eat the pine board.

ensue for most of the day. So yea,I have heard (and told) that joke before.
