Not possible.. That has to be like a vent in he's chest making that noise if his lung collapsed or something, but if he inhailed a freaking squeaky toy he would have suffocated and died! I think they are just making fun about the situation, not being literal! :|

#3 he could have had an accident while messing around with just the squeaker. That looks like a plausible scenario to me.

#5 & #7 Partly agree with you guys, but to strengthen my argument, that sound comes through so clear, that if it was inside of him, I doubt it wouldn't squeak so clearly.. And I think they got that idea from that logo on his hospital shirt! ;) It's got a symbol, like a paw on it.. And really, if you had inhaled something, would you seriously take breaths like he does demonstrating the noise at the end.. I Don't think so.. :) But yeah.. All the best for him! O:)

The title says swallowed, not aspirated, but it's neither, the video is fake. Had he aspirated it he would not be lying there smiling, had he swallowed it, he would have severe abdominal pain. Neither way would the toy make any noise.

#9 thanks! But he says "inhaled" in the video! :) <3 And if you had swallowed it, it would be in your stomack, in a concealed place, not squeaking when you breathe. :) .. And just look at that boy! ..He isn't joking at the last frame of the vid.. :(

#10 Inhaling an object is actually the same thing as aspirating. I know how it really seems as if the boy had this toy in his airway I but if he did he would be in such severe respiratory distress, he would not be able to talk and smile, but instead he would be coughing severely and he would probably need to to have an alternative airway placed.
