this is awesome, It's a really effective way to demonstrate one of the core topology theorem.
I would have wanted this kind of course when I was in math classes.
Homeomorphic surfaces can be really funny, see as reality stretch it and you still have the same thing, only your point of view differs.
It's an easy way to get on the way some more advanced models like the hypercube which is "more or less" the same principle but with more than 3 dimensions.

I found this super interesting, I had never heard of topology or its mathematical concepts, but I really felt I learned something new, and something that stimulated my thinking and understanding...thanks Geek for sharing
