#4 True, but other than wind and solar, there aren't many good alternatives...I bet they have a lot of wind in Scotland, it being so open..

A little NO a lot too long but I have to say I do burn a lot of wood so one of these would be really handy at the side of my open fire.

I should use my fireplace more often too, like JJ does, there is nothing more cozy than sitting by a warm crackling fire on a winter evening with a glass of wine....

I don't burn allot of wood but the few times a year I have a fire I actually enjoy splitting my own wood. It's a good pastime and gets the blood moving. So I say put your back into it and go out there and split some wood. Leave the machinery turned off.

Do not imagine a horror story where someone gets stuck in a machine like that.
