Did you know that in Russia minors can buy alcohol if they are at least 16 under a certain volume.

Anyway he could have only put some cold water and wet his glass, like for beer. The fizz is mostly created from impurities and temperature around the glass.

I had my first alcohol at age 5 from my uncle during the moon festival.
after that I grew up being super casual at drinking to almost never drinking at all.
