Just a moment what's this new trend in 'reposts' all of a sudden. I know it happens a lot by accident but deliberately? If this is the way forward for Snotr then surely we need a REPOST category setting up.
Could we please have a comment from Admin as I would really like to know what is happening on the 'submit a video' front (preferably without Foxy poking his snout in this time) Forgetting about my submissions is there a problem, are you not getting enough new submissions at the moment? We have had two video's today with the word 'repost' in the title? what's the crack? Could you explain to the community here what system is used to decide what goes on. Is it a committee an individual what lengths do you have to go to, to check if there is copyright involved, what kind of video's are most likely not to accepted for these reasons. I have personally noticed several video's that have been posted and then quite quickly removed, why does that happen for example a couple of years ago there was a full length close proximity video of a NASA rocket take off which appeared and then disappeared (much like the rocket). How many submissions do you get on a daily, weekly basis? is there a reason why there is only three or four new video's a day shown? I'm curious, maybe you could make a video showing us the team and how it all works, I'm sure that would be more interesting than watching another repost. JJ

I submitted this about 10 days ago or so, I did not realize it was a dupe, also I did not write a comment under the title..usually I copy and paste what the video already provides..well, either way it was "new" to me since I did not remember seeing it...love it though, watched it several times...

#6 Yes I liked it too I was just a little bemused with the two subtitles today. Perhaps Admin will answer my message request, eventually.

#7 You are permitted to submit as much as you like (doesn't mean everything will be posted though). Snotr used to have a submission limit years ago when it had massive amounts of submissions..but not any longer...JJ for the love of life, continue submitting!!!
#8 Haha...not bad but "submititis" would be more like it.. what are the signs and symptoms?..I think I have that diagnosis
Hey JJ, would like to know your medical background...didn't we have that conversation before?...I'm having a déja vu moment..

#9 Submititis suggests (to me) a willingness to submit to something, or submit to everything, whereas submitavidosis contains the essential 'vid' part to indicate that the person in question feels this compulsion to submit videos, and if they don't get played... he might cry like a girly. hehe

11. thundersnow commented 7 years ago
#10 Well analyzed and you're right, I had to look it up, words ending in -osis- meaning an abnormal increase in condition where of course words ending in -itis- meaning an infection, which would not be totally wrong, but yours is definitely more precise..wondering if the American Medical Association would consider including it as a newly discovered disorder...Submitavidosis..Now since you coined it you'll probably get credit and the illness will be called "Submitavidosis" aka "thefox syndrome"..

13. thundersnow commented 7 years ago
#12 Well, you could, but the medical world would for ever assume Jake discovered the disorder.....poor JJ, we're talking about him during his absence..

14. thefox commented 7 years ago
#13 Not necessarily, I can just visualise the wiki entry now:
Jake's syndrome JS, also known as 'submitavidosis', is a disorder characterised by the severe compulsion to upload and have videos played on Snotr. The condition was discovered by TheFox in November 2016, while analysing the unusual behaviour of a Snotr user by the name of Judge Jake.
There is no cure for Jake's syndrome, but successful video uploads can serve to alleviate the condition somewhat. Aspirin also helps.

#14 Hahahahaha

...since medicine is all about precision, and the disorder seems to pertain to uploads of snotr videos only, the medical term of "submitavidosis" might have to be revised..I suggest "submitasnotavidosis"...but being a professional in the field, I want you to think this over thoroughly and make the final suggestion and decision..

#15. Señorita Thundersnow, you've cracked it! With just a minor change to your suggestion, replacing the 'a' for an 'r', now we have 'submitasnotrvidosis'. This is perfect, because not only does it correctly restrict the condition to snotr videos, it is also a longer word, and as we all know, the longer a medical term is, the more serious it's got to be.
That's it then, it's official. Submitasnotrvidosis, otherwise know as Jake's syndrome.
I wouldn't be surprised if I get a Nobel prize for this.

#16 Dr Fox, I'm so glad you discovered my error, exchanging the a for an r definitely makes this term correct, and I agree the length of it is appropriate too, indicating the seiousness of the condition. So there is nothing else to do but make it official. I still don't feel totally comfortable using Jake's name though, as there are others too presenting with these symptoms, and because Jake being a personal snotr friend of mine makes this a little more difficult. I would have still preferred to use your name as you have discovered this disorder, but I'll go along with it...after all medical disorders often get re-evaluated at some point and redefined. Our work is completed, it's been a pleasure working with you on this issue and I'm sure I'll run across you in the future since it's a small world in the medical field. And I have no doubt that you qualify for a Nobel Prize.

#17. Don't worry about Jake. I'm sure he'll be thrilled to have this new medical condition named after him. In fact he's probably already composing his thank-you letter to me, and as a small token of his appreciation he'll no doubt be imploring me to accept a free week's holiday next summer in his static caravan.

19. thundersnow commented 7 years ago
#18 Okay Dr Fox I trust your judgement and you're right, he probably won't mind a bit of publicity. At some point the signs and symptoms, the pathogenesis and the treatment options need to be discussed and defined, of course after your holidays at Jake's estate, which I hope will provide some well deserved rest and relaxation for you, and please send Jake my love as we are very close friends, our friendship going back many, many years.

#20 How lovely and convenient, so close to shopping and elimination, quite extraordinaire, Monsieur! I'm sure the view will be exquisite too, I'm quite envious of your adventure, but of course I understand, two sophisticated men, the comversations, the brandy and the cigars...no place for a lady. Can't wait to see your photos though, and please remember to give Jake a hug and a kiss from me and tell him I miss him

#22 That's fine. Enjoy! ??
