It would have been funny added to real fainting, but most people only faint a couple of times and it wouldn't have worked as a gag.

Ok so let me get this right. The video is of the sound of a Windows PC starting up and being closed down?
Then to improve it they added a lame guy in the background who pretended to black out and come round?
