What the BMW did was terrible and a bad case of "car bullying" and the behavior was not justified. But why did she not let him in way in the beginning when she could see he desperately tried to get in that lane, and she had a chance to let him in, but purposefully ignored him and just moved on? She is a rude driver, not aggressive but passive aggressive. We all sometimes take wrong turns and depend on kind drivers to help us fix them

There are two totally different sides here. The first one, which is in the beginning, she should have just let the driver in. Simple, efficient, and safe. Anyone with the concept of traffic flow knows to "sacrifice" yourself in this scenario. Now, we're moving onto the WTF part. That BMW driver must be insane. He could have fucking killed her and he/she should get both license and car revoked for lifetime, maybe even some months in jail to really feel it. Fucking hell...

It looks like the BMW was trying to nerf his way into the left turn lane from the thru lane and the gal in the Mini did not like it and cut him off...that was rude.
From then on the BMW was at fault and hopefully this dash cam video was used by police to nab the jerk.

I can't believe that other commentators are alluding to the mini driver being at fault for not letting the bullying BMW driver in. The BMW driver was clearly cue jumping and trying to force into a lane he hadn't cued for. She did a perfectly acceptable maneuver and was ran off the road by a total asshole.

#7 The correct and most acceptable maneuver would be to let him in, there was space and time to let him without any issue at all. It's irrelevant if the other one was cue jumping or not, in that scenario with that much traffic, you let them in so the traffic flows. No room for ego's on the road where safety and efficiency is key.
And nobody is defending the BMW, at all. Keep the two parts separate, as they are not relatable. No one is saying she is to blame for the BMW's reaction in the last part, we are all pointing out that the best solution was to let the other one in, and not try to make a point.

Firstly the two parts are relatable. One is a consequence of the other.

Secondly you appear to know nothing about traffic flow. How does letting someone cut into your path, therefore making you brake thus making the correctly cued people behind you also brake allow the traffic to flow? It is people like this that try to push into a cue that really slow everyone else up. He also made the cars in the lane he was leaving slow down for him. And if allowed to do this everytime he will do it again and again. The guys is a total douche and proves it by his later actions.

#9 blocking off a lane can result in further cars behind being blocked off as well. If the BMW had 100 cars behind it, her action leads to all of them being blocked. It doesn't matter if the BMW should have been there or not, it was there, and the situation was as it was, even if they did a mistake or not. And thats when you make decisions based on the common good and not your own ego and your "rights" as a driver. I mean, if you have a green light, but lava is flowing down the road, do you still drive? Just because its a green light and according to the traffic rules you have the right to drive? Lava flowing down the road is just as likely as someone wanting to kill you for not letting them into a lane with a car. And that is why those two cannot be compared and looked at as any sort of relative context. He tried running her off the road because he was insane, not because she didn't let him in. You can't put rational explanations to irrational behaviour like that.

At 0:12 the Mini easily out-accelerates the BMW and the guy (I'm assuming it's a man) in the Beemer is humiliated. He does the only rational thing in the circumstances, and tries to kill the driver of the Mini.

The BWM driver did have his turn signal on so he was "asking" to be let in. The woman was aggressive in punching it to pull ahead of him.
Still no reason to wreck her.

A prime example if you need one that you have to be very careful these days about pissing anyone off on the road or in life in general. All bets seem to be off if you are disrespected in this world today and I don't know why.
