Hard to believe that you have all those foreign restaurants in your country and never try something else.
Imagine life without a good mixture of balkan/turkish, libanese, indian, thai, chinese, japanese, italian dishes...and thats just the start of it. I love ukrainian food for example...

#4 I just watched your link, that meal looks so delicious....and how it's prepared, it looks beautiful too ( I also liked the music that came with it)...what else did she add to the batter at 1:00, 1:13, and 1:15...I'm guessing maybe, yoghurt, oil, and cream (in that order)...I already know I would love this, without having even tried it yet...
I make kefir too, have been for many years, but the culture I have is water based, so it ends up being a clear watery beverage...my friend from Kroatia and my friend from Greece make the kefir from milk, I love it too, they will give me some culture. I prefer it over regular milk.
