Mr Overton now needs 24 hour care but still lives at home. Care is costing $480 a day and his family do not have the money to pay so there is a crowd fund ongoing.

It's nice that he still has his M1 Garand rifle , probably just like the one he had in the war. He is a nice old fellow who I would love to have a drink with and listen to his stories. :)
