Making a micropipette
See how the DMZ-Universal-Electrode-Puller makes a micropipette in less than a minute.
In this case, the device makes a so called patch-electrode with a tip diameter of 2 µm using the program P10.

Seems like I forgot to add the purpose of these micropipettes,
they are used in neural science for measuring brain activity, so they go into your brain tissue

#1 They are. They get stretched to a tiny tube and any closed ends get clipped and ground off.

#5 Ah no no no my Thundery one. Fondling women, fast cars tennis, good wine and a nice dark ale are what I do now. Laboratory's leave not enough time for those things.
