For my part I should say it looks like a really "American" ( much oil, and big part) way of cooking (not bad but different).
Let me share some easy one from over here.
Use just some smaller cuts (200g should be enough).
First add some slice onions in a pan with a nut of butter. On low/medium intensity, Let them cook and steer until they are transparent (you can add a small amount of honey (like 1/4 of a cofeee spoon) + water to caramelize them). Then deglaze them with the alcohol you want (white whine should be better for the aroma). Put the onions on a side (not the sauce, only the hard part), add the steaks on a slow cooking intensity (just make a flip on each side of 20 sec). add back the onions, put up the heat intensity, make another flip.
Add some french fried cooked in 2 oils bath (first vegetal, second animal : grandmother secret lol. The first one opens the potatoe, the second one give the flavours and the texture).
It should be tasty with enough flavours for not adding any additional condiment. Serve with a glass of red wine (a mineral round in mouth one should be fine, like a some from the center of France). If you deglaze with some bourbon-like you may want to use a stronger red whine of some mustard as condiment.
... OK i'm hungry i'll make some

#2 mwak, you are making all of us hungry....just for the fact that you are from France, the capital of classic culinary arts, makes your steak recipe delicious by default....no, seriously, will try and make it that way soon...

At last at least half a video about Suxi.
I have to say as a Pescetarian all I see on this video are large chunks of a dead cow which I don't find appertising in the least.

#7 Are you a vegetarian, JJ, (including seafood in your diet)? When did you start?

#8 I'm a Pescetarian have been for several years now. I eat mainly Quorn these days, No red meat, no chicken. If you won't kill it you shouldn't eat it! that's my philosophy

#9 That's so true, a hypocrite like many, I am myself as well , because I eat meat, but would, and could not kill an animal. Kudos to you, I mean it!!

It bothered me for a long time, I'd never been much of a red meat eater but did eat a lot of chicken. So it was actually quite an easy step to switch from chicken to Quorn. There is a lot of evidence that too much red meat is bad for you and increases your risk of certain cancers and heart disease. It's much like being an atheist getting rid of the baggage of life that is unnecessary sets you free. Not eating meat just makes you feel better about yourself in the world and removes the guilt you carry if it bothers you. I couldn't kill anything either. I have been known to rescue drowning insects.

#11 Yes, I agree with you, red meat eaten frequently increases the risk for colon cancer and other ailments that are unnecessary, but like you imply, the most important part is you are not in conflict any longer, because you are not contributing to the death of an animal. I can understand your feeling of it setting you free. It bothers me sometimes more, sometimes less, but when I pass one of those big semi trucks on the highway filled with chickens, feathers flying out, or filled with little pigs, tears come to my eyes and I feel horrible for the animals....
