That last clip should stop anyone texting while driving, but I still see it happening daily. I just shoot them in the head, saves police time. Same with people playing their music too loud while driving slowly past, I shoot them in the head too, unless they are playing something I like, which they never are of course it's always shite. Why is it that people who play awful music insist that you hear it too?

It should be made illegal to have a non-hands-free mobile phone switched on inside a driven vehicle. Fine offenders £1000 for first offence, £5000 fine and 1 year ban and retake driving test for second offence. £10,000 fine and life ban for third offence. Get these dangerous morons off the road.

@ #8 thefox: Try to get a bit of perspective, instead of huffing and puffing to impress everyone. No one disputes that texting while driving is dangerous, but your notion is just absurdly draconian. In fact, if you display such a complete lack of perspective, then by following your excessive desire to nuke all non-perfection, perhaps your ability to make decisions on the road should be questioned. What should we do with someone caught changing a radio station while driving? Mandatory 5 years?

#11 I think six points and a £200 fine is a start. Get caught twice and you are banned from driving. in the UK.
