That's not the Atlantic and Pacific meeting. That's silty fresh water from a river meeting salt water. Apparently off the coast of British Columbia.

This isn't the Atlantic meeting the Pacific.
It is in the gulf of Alaska where the Copper river water meets sea water.
The river source is Copper glacier.
The glacier crunches the clay underneath it, which in this case is particularly rich in iron.
The waters do eventually mix.
