No. 6 is on the right. However once they are reduced to nugget form and consumed, they bounce around - losing all ability to track.

Every (walking) bird uses this 'head stabilizing', cause when thir head is fixed, they can see 360° around their head. When they move, their view is drastically reduced.

I like my chickens rosted and not movin' so i can stab them with my fork and so they don't move on the plate >:) but prety nice video and very interesting :D

#9 Is right. Same reason doves rock their head - its to prolong the time its head stays steady. The birds vision will blur as their lenses cannont sharpen the picture very fast, so they only see when the head is stationary.

#28 u got it right ... even though from an evolutionary point of view i find it amazing that they didnt develop lens sharpening because birds form a pretty "old" group of animals , have to ask attenborough about this 8-)
