is that real because it shold have been a real strong wind to keep that helicopter up and even raise it,but still prety cool

#7 Not quite 1/5 as it's not necessarily the same rotor blade at each position from one frame to the next. The rotor is turning through an exact multiple of 72 degrees with each frame.
So to be completely geeky: The camera FPS only needs to be x/y of the rotor RPM, where x and y are integers and y is a multiple of 5.

something that is more accessible to the average human being is setting up a strobe in your room and setting the frequency to the rpm of your fan. that way your fan looks like its off and you can coax people to put their hand through
