Ship drops anchor on tug boat.

A tug skipper brings his boat alongside a ship that is due to drop anchor, but the ship drops the anchor right onto the little tug ..... Ooooops !

#1 yes and they have powerful engines. At least until you drop an anchor on it.

Small, powerful engines ... ok... but f-ing tough regardless. That ship's anchor came straight down and didnt appear to do much more than perhaps dent the deck. Certainly didnt sink it. That is one well made little tug boat.

goldie oldie. tugboats are basicly an engine with a boat folded around it. but why would the big ship drop an ankor while being tugged? thats a big nono.
