Could we have a little clarity here? All the companies listed test their products on Animals when the product is sold in China? Is that what she said? Surly that means that if the same product is sold elsewhere, then it has been tested on animals? or is it me? I don't mean tested on me obviously, I mean....you know what I mean, stop being awkward. :(

#1 I think she meant, that products from the same company but produced for different countries in different countries, have different regulations, probably the US, Canada and surely western Europe have laws against animal testing, China apparently does not, and the products are probably produced there.
