Occasionally water is stuck after a heavy swim. That is also very annoying. And also affects my hearing.

leaving stuff coming out of our bodies by itself is not good, by this bitch's definition it means that it would be better for me not to wipe after i take a shit, earwax deposits don't always come out, if you'd ask my grandma she would tell you this (if she would hear you). i never had an earwax plug by using cotton swabs on my ears but she had an earwax cork by not doing it, i instead had an aggressive allergic reaction to the spray dingy that almost made me deaf. so someone tell this dumb bitch to stop spreading lies, cheers.

#4 You're an idiot, I worked in the medical profession for years and what she is saying is 100% correct and you are still an idiot. If you take a close look at the entrance of your ear and then take a close look at the shape of a cotton bud you will see that the latter is perfectly shaped to jam wax into your ear. The best it will ever do is pick up tiny edges of wax fragments which are not the problem, in fact in doing so the bud has to push the wax further in. Some people are lucky and their wax falls out in tiny pieces on a daily basis, you thought it was dandruff? well yes it probably was but it was also wazdruff.
Another consideration that people don't think about is activity! If you sit on your bottom all day in an office and sit and watch TV all evening on your sofa, your daily vibrations will not help removal of your wax, if you get active, move around a bit, go for walks, your wax is much more likely to fall out.
THE PLEASURE OF THE COTTON BUD; finally I'll cut you all a break, sticking a cotton bud in your ear feels very very nice, it does, it's a fact, so if you must continue, keep to the very very very outer edge, limit yourself to 5mm that still feels nice and should give you your little fix, then move onto patches or stick a hoppy candle up your arse where they actually belong. JJ

UUm two mark downs in three hours for my last comment. Let me guess? One from Mircea911 for calling her an Idiot for giving everyone the advice of ignoring the Doctors and listening to her and her Grandma. And the second from a Hopi candle practitioner.

By the way if you are a Hopi candle user or worse still, someone who charges people for the con/ service!! All I will advise is next time you use the hopi candle and see the waxy type stuff at the end, get it tested, ask your practitioner to give you a signed piece of paper stating that the contents are organic and came out of your ear, keep the remains and ask for another candle of the same batch. Take it home light it (whilst not in your ear) and compare the two contents. THEY WILL BE EXACTLY THE SAME

Totally agree with @Judge-Jake (I too find my self in the medical sector).

Yes, this doctor is so right about her information, but people aren't listening. She never said, you cannot clean your outer ear or the outside of your outer ear canal, that's where the wax would be visible. Inside the outer ear canal in the direction of the tympanic membrane is where she does not want anyone to stick anything and wax there is not visible to the outside....geez, if people would only pay attention.
