i have come across their counterpart lidl and was fascinated with what they asked from me in the project.. it's the future
they all want profit of course .. but what they do is the first step to stop this wasting ..
i mean .. the choice.. it just means 50% will be wasted

the amounts of wasted food are incredible, and re labeling is a great business in eastern countries.. cream, sour pickles, pasta..
smell it .. it seems ok .. relabel it for another month

This feels like a commercial. Like the above poster said, under the hood it isn't exactly rose petals and sunshine. I hope Aldi's doesn't poison their old food when they're tossing it out the back, you know to keep homeless people from eating it.
