looks like france.. i wonder if he'll report it or the poor guy will have to go and buy a new one
we had two stolen so far in our seaside cottage.. it's not expensive .. but WHY? would you steal a garbage bin

we usually come there on friday .. after work .. and to buy a new one get to the communal office at 9 on monday and wait till they order it .. and and..

#3 or just go to your goverment website and order a new one? often they just give a new one and no one gets a bill. unless they see you order 1 every week. then they gonna ask questions. if you want a extra bin, you have to pay. if people dont have bins. garbage will stray around and that not what the local goverment wants, so that why they arnt to difficult about it.
