Nope. Definitely not any smarter...
Seems to be a mix of several runs.
In the first clips, the bike and the F1 takes the lead.
But at 00:10, the grey car furthest away (what is it?) takes the lead, at least initially.
And at 0:28, it seem to be filmed from the F1, with the grey one still ahead of it, but then the F1 seems to overtake it.
But DAMN! Look at that bike go! What was that?

#2 had to google :), it is the new runway of Istanbul airport opening ceremony - 4,1 km

The missile I fired in the Army went from zero to mach 3,2 in 18 feet. We are not impressed.
