That is so true about British news. Totally worthless to anyone that listens to it.

#2 WHAT! The British news channels are the envy of the world, I think the sketch was pointing out that our news is too sophisticated for most people not educated in England, obviously I do not include Scotland or Wales in that observation. :D I bet The good old USA couldn't understand how me have TV stations in England that have absolutely no Adverts or 'words from our sponsors'.
