Something worse than glitter should have sprayed out of the package!

‘So I took it to the police and even with the video evidence they said it was not worth their time.’

We have been here before....

One could say, bollocks, and take it to the Chief of Police or to the Mayor’s office and demand that something be done for one’s tax dollars. Yes, this kind of theft does make one feel violated, and the police refusing to do anything is completely unacceptable. With this video evidence, one should be able to get some action from the most recalcitrant and lazy of police. Record the police saying that ‘this is not worth our time’, posting it on line and harness social media to raise a shit storm should get results. Or someone fired.

Or you could follow Sux2bu’s inclination, as a proud gun owner, and employ the ‘castle doctrine’ or ‘defence of habitation’ and shoot the bastards. A thief deserves nothing less- right Suxy?

The refusal of the police to act is unacceptable.

I do like this non-lethal way of tagging these bastards. Pity it wasn’t an exploding bank dye pack.

Still don’t think any package is worth taking a human life over. A feeling of violation can be worked past, merchandise replaced, but bullet wound and/or death is forever.

BTW- f-ing genius approach and video. Pity it wasn't a more permanent humiliation - like a dye pack. And the fart spray was priceless.

Put a primed grenade in the package. Problem solved.

I saw this video a few weeks ago and also uploaded it to snotr as I'm sure many of you did, it is so good I think snotr should put it on twice, oh look they have...

If America is anything like the UK with their police numbers this won't be a matter of doing nothing about it, it will be a matter of not enough man power. Where I live in a very rural location with small villages spread over perhaps a twenty mile radius there are three Police vehicles covering the entire area. You have to take responsibly very highly to protect your cars and property from the Toe-Rags that visit with the intention to steal. You do get quite inventive and even vindictive towards the M***** F****** who think it reasonable to help themselves to your stuff.

Years ago I used to own a vehicle that had the petrol pipe running underneath the car (exposed) with a join at a point near to the petrol tank, most stupid design ever. The local low life's knew this was the case with this model (I didn't) and used to use my car as a petrol (gas for you yanks) station on a regular basic. I accumulated around nine police crime numbers and went through the stages of keeping very little fuel in the tank and often used to run out myself causing me more irritation. I got more and more pizzed off with this, prior to changing the car, that I hit on a perfect solution. I glued together several pieces of thick cardboard and inserted needles and pins through it from the back pointing out a good inch through the front and I placed it behind the join in the petrol pipe, sticking out like an angry Hedgehog, it was impossible to separate the pipe without coming into contact with "Sonic" especially in the dark when this used to happen.

My 'Piece De Resistance' was a needle that was loose enough to come out and stay in the finger of the petrol thief, threaded through the eye of the needle was a strong thread attached to a little note that said and I quote " Hello there (always be polite) This needle is infected with the HIV virus (it wasn't) I work in Virology at the local hospital (I didn't) and look forward to meeting and treating you very soon"

I had one more attempt on my car, the loose needle and note were on the floor underneath so I can only hope and fantasize that the scumbag had a torch and read it, if he could read. Get mad and then get even that's my motto. >:)

Hahaha! Love it! In the v.2 of this he should add a speaker module which alarms and screams "Package THIEF!" loudly. Also put some color into the glitter mix which cant be washed away.

:D so the design was so good they kept it in astra :) i'm no mechanic.. but years ago my friend (who was a proud owner of an old red kadett) bragged about his hidden anti theft feature - he installed sth like plumbing valve under his seat (drilled the bottom of the car and welded it there) so the car can't start if someone breaks in
i faked excitement of course .. how could i tell him that no one is going to steal it

i only mentioned that welding to a galvanized chassis could start rusting... and then he said i was jealous
