Reminds me of the Flea or magnetic stirrer we used in the labs when I worked in pathology. If you had a beaker or flash similar to the one in the video although often bigger and you needed to mix several powders into a liquid, you put everything in the flask and dropped into the flask a elongated magnet that looked like a big oval tablet, then you put the whole thing on a magnetic stirring base, which made the 'Flea' rotate in the liquid mixing the powders for maybe an hour or more.

That's a simple trick used to remove algae from inside of aquarium, not super effective of course. It's really nothing new or groundbreaking.

Yep, Huldu is right since I have worked with products similar to this, it is a smaller version of the fish tank magnetic cleaner so this is nothing new at all. Been around 10+ years ago

if a good enough "sponge" is attached to the magnet.. should work fine

i would perfect it for sure.. if i was more into cleaning

#4 thinking the same thing as I watched it and yes agreed it worked just ok. Good for very light duties.

#5 I was using them in my aquarium in the 70's/80's so much more than 10 years.
