Well I wouldn't want to live in that and my guess is the first tornado that passes through will reverse most of that work and if I were really picky there were at least two men at one point lol. But he certainly has a very wide skill set there and he made a good job of what was a really run down shack. I presume he's buying these to do up and sell or rent. Wonder what profit he makes on each one and how long they are actually taking to complete, probably a good living he's making there. :)

Would be easier and time saving to demolish the whole building and start from scratch. Working around all that asbestos in old housing is not very safe. However he has done a great job renovating this old home a great builder !
