McHive – the world’s smallest McDonald’s
Some of McDonald’s restaurants in Sweden have beehives on their rooftops. The initiative started out locally with one beehive but has this year grown to five beehives. Worldwide, bees are endangered by the use of Neonicotinoids which are are a class of neuro-active insecticides used by big agriculture.
One of big agriculture's biggest customers is McDonalds.
Full circle.
Do you the bees appreciate this magnificent homage to them?
