Piezoelectricity - why hitting crystals makes electricity
Certain crystals, like quartz will produce a voltage when hit. It's all to do with the arrangement of atoms and charge in the lattice. It's used in lots of things like piezo lighters, sensors, speakers and oscillators for timekeeping.

Look lets do this in a fair and organised manor being totally considerate to all involved, keeping Ringmaster as a member and making everyone happy. This is what we do.... From now on refuse to watch any video uploaded by Suxi and boycott the site until Suxi's video count number is reduced by Admin down to 3 and finally Admin needs to change suxi's user name to "I'm Suxi-Montanna and I do nuffing in my life apart from upload videos and pizz people off" I think after all these years of aggravation, that is what needs to happen. I'm sure Suxi would agree wouldn't you Suxi (JJ operates a suxi ventriloquist doll...."yess I'm fine wiv all that" says Suxi) excellent well that's decided then.
