World’s Dirtiest Man, 83-Year-Old Iranian Man Amou Haji, Hasn’t Bathed in over 60 Years, he eats roadkill and smokes animal feces.
He lives in a small village in the southern Iranian province of fars, and according to the Tehran Times, he believes “cleanliness brings on illness.”
He drinks over a gallon of water per day, eats rotten meat of dead animals, smokes animal feces and cigarettes, and when asked to eat clean food and drink fresh water he becomes upset.

Well what do you say to that? He believes that what he isn't doing will make him live longer, why would he want to live longer? Just so he can drink a gallon of water everyday eat rotten meat and smoke shit. He should get on a dating site and try and find the dirtiest woman in the world. :D
