There is a commercial with an identical theme, but it is for Dr Pepper. Uses the same song and everything. In that one the guy even buys feminine products for his girlfriend.

a mc donalds in the town that i live in once had an incident when their freezer broke. the owner didnt want the food to go to waste and his only form of transportation at the time was a manure truck. so he packed all of the food into the manure truck and proceeded to transport it to another location. anyway, he got pulled over for speeding and the cop gave him a fine and made him throw all of the food away.

i once saw this guy leave a public bathroom without washing his hands and then prepared peoples food with his bare hands afterwords.

do you still want to eat at mc donalds?

#7: Yes, it's plain Arabic.
Near the end it says: Combo Mcdonalds, will fill you up without costing you (much). It may sound silly in English, but it rhymes in Arabic. Lol

based on that, i'd eat there 'cause it tastes good and to hell with minimum hygiene
Anyways it's hard to find anything nowadays that doesn't contain something that'll do you body in.
So either worry to death, or just forget about it altogether and just live life on the risky side
