0:7 What is the meaning "13mBenRVO" here?
0:9 Why they are showing the news footage while he is still introducing it?
0:15 Why they passed to him suddenly, but not continuing the news footage?
0:23 Why he needed to say "fukin hell"?
0:25 Why he cried as "beeyaaa"? Is it a cover method for swearing?
0:28 Why he needed to clap his hands after all this stupidity?
This video is just a riddle for me...

For those who don't know, some of the news are not recorded live. They're recorded less than 5 minutes before they accually go on tv to prevent things like that. That's not true that they can always do that perfect =-)
So they record before and if it doesn't work, they redo it again and they can do it live if any of the previous take worked.
And, unfortunately, a mix can happen and they play the wrong one on tv...
I think that's what happened in that case.

I really wouldn't mind if the news readers would read the news with personal input. Especially when there is news that requires remarks like "This is really rediculous, what are those crazies thinking at parliament?" instead of acting indifferent.

:| The whole idea of news, #9 is that it's brought as neutral as can be. Although in some countries or in some situations, this is hardly the case
I'll form my own opinion on something tyvmly :P

This newsreader annoyed me to bits, what a tool
