the only thing that is weird is that the rotor doesn't seem to turn a lot

and it is perfectly possible to fly a helicopter upside down (no sarcasm here, you can do it with an actual helicopter too)

#6 ya hes right, it is possible but only a handful of helocopters can actually do it, since they dont have the right thrust to wieght ratio that you can get with a rc.

It is more of a JetCopter than a HeliCopter. It has a nice Jetpack mounted on it.

Thos RC helicopters can switch the direction of the rotors instantly can't they? That is how he does it I think.

What an amazing talent. This RC pilot could make a UAV perform magic. Problem is he would get extremely bored waiting for the chance to use his skills. Just what does this persons brain consist of? Most likely an artist.. Talk about 'eye hand co-ordination. Absolutely no Lead in his diet..at any time of his life.

He synced up the frame speed with the rotor speed to make it appear as though the rotors aren't moving. If the speeds are synced correctly the rotor will appear to be in the same spot each frame and this create the illusion that it's not turning
