i was watching eight legged freaks on peachtree tv today and some of those spiders were doing the exact same thing, i guess the movie wasnt as made up as i thought it was.

no exo-skeleton being can grow over 4~ kilo on land. I saw a documentary about the biggest land crabs. Biggers then that they just break appart.

#3 The foremost limbs are pedipalps which are enlarged on most Orthognatha. If I am not mistaken this is one.

I keep several spiders like B. smithi or P. Irminia and this one looks very awesome and pretty.

Might be my next buy :)
