I don't think there are a lot of kids nowadays that can still use typewriter. I mean, look at this guy. Maybe he can type well with a computer keyboard. But, he surely is pathetic in this vid. I remember the time when my teachers in high school encouraged us to learn how to use the typewriter, even when we have had computers already. It did help me to type faster with the keyboard. But, I'm sure it doesn't work the other way.

#12 Agree .. it would have rocked to have a fast typer here .. a lot of ticks and pings >:)

#10 Paper and ink can be very sustainable and can be made out of almost everything. Most of the electricity a computer uses is wasted.

oh hahaha..that was amazing...
i remember my self ad highschool that i brought my electronic typewriter.
that was more fun....memorize the text and when u press the print button it start to print the hole line... it was very annoyng..too laoud...

Back in the day, They very large rooms filled with typists and typewriters for all sorts of companies and government offices.
They were very noisy and some people went deaf in "steno pools".

Whether or not this Kid was serious or taken the piss this video was still very very funny and deserves a place on some hidden camera show. I think it was a set up cos the camera was in the right place but hey who cares.
