Looks like the driver tried to kill him. He shouldn't get away with the "it was an accident, I meant no harm" excuse.

Dumb police guy probably caused the crash by creating some hazardes situation behind the camera. Why isn't he going after the crashed car? Aren't cops supposed to help in situations like that?

obviously, there must be an accident, not provoced by the policeman, you can see many cars passing by after he leaves his car. And he wasn't that lucky because he gets hit by the pickup and he has fallen prety hard, thats why he was limping.
