this is normal in Poland. It would be odd if the driver would have waited to overtake first truck.

#14... He's in oncoming traffic? That road is for both directions, notice cars coming the other way in hard shoulder...

#14 he actually IS in oncoming traffic. The cars have to go in the emergency lane to avoid him... Quite usual in Poland though ;)

I was in slovakia few months back normal is not the word for it ...and also the dirvers going to the hard shoulder to avoid him thats normal too even on a motorway with 3 lanes people were still using it to undertake .
