I think the police have become too civilized. Everyone seems to know that the police will restrain themselves no matter what they do. If the police where able to totally beat the crap out of anyone who tried to kill them, maybe this would happen a lot less. I'm not promoting a Rodney King or anything but come on, isn't just human to punch out anyone that tries to kill you?
