the timeing is fine .. the last 15 secs are needed to show that that kid populated more than 10 cops

If that "little kid" had a weapon on him and this was a public place, I could just hear the cries for lawsuits if he'd hurt himself or someone else and there wasn't what someone judged as enough cops in pursuit.

9 white policemen with guns Vs 1 black kid, smart enough to try to jump through a closed window. It hardly seems fair.
