So he thought:
"I wish I had a dollar for each "Fornicating Under Consent of King" that took place under this blanket..."
and now he does....

I'm really happy for the old man, he's obviously "just an everyday normal guy" who's gonna live his last days well because of this..... was nice to see how touched he was as he was realizing how his life was going to change because of an inherited freaking blanket...

he's constantly saying that the thing was "very valuable at the time", and the dying was "very valuable at the time"
so in a way he's saying it's worthless these days, because we can do it too now, and cheap, but it's old and has a history, so now it's expensive
great, that's pretty much all there is to antique :/
though i must say the blanket looks very modern, i like it

Bloody stupid world we live in people starving to death and some retard will pay that much for a blanket for what because its a few years old so what....
but for that old man at least it made his day and he will get some warmth out of that old rag yet

This is where the blanket ended up.

It really is a national treasure, Because these blankets are so old there are usually only fragments left of them.

His "Gast" was totally "flabbered"....and so was mine! Being British we don't often hear of things like this... fascinating, I'm really pleased for the guy.
