I reckon the fencing is not attached to the centre pole and so lies down when driven over, springing back up due to tension on the outside two poles. Either that or this is a bat-cave hologram setup, which is far more unlikely.

#5 's right, usually on those show's they explain what actually happened (after repeating this footage a billion times)... I'll see if I can find the link to a longer version with why...
*UPDATE* I just searched it, couldn't find any useful footage, found a longer version of this, but they still don't know, it says after this video ends "And to this day they still call it the Ghost Car"... So yeah... who knows...

I'm not implying that this is a ghost, but for those of you saying that he ran over the fence and then it popped back up due to tension...well...No.
That fence was still in good condition and honestly that just wouldn't be the case if a car over 2000 lbs. ran it over. It wouldn't just "snap back into perfect condition."
So was this a ghost? Even I have trouble believing that as of right now. However, was it someone running over the fence, only to have the fence just pop right back into position? No way.

I reckon he made the turns before the beginning of the fence and the cops just could make the turn.....

The car passed through another part of the fence, a bit on the left if you notice in slow motion. The part of the fence in front of the police car is intact, 00:21 the "ghost" car is forcibly steering to the right and matches the (virtual) straight line with the police car.

Agreed with #22!
See 0:24
The ghost car turned left before de fence, and the police car turned after it.
Didn't it?

This is what I like to see people getting away from the cops.
