I think the guy has a weird stomach to be able to work the water back up again.
It's a bit messy at dinner if he brings that back up.

The water comes from his left hand, you can see it spurt out at 0:17 when he takes his left hand from his back and grabs the bottle.

That is no fake...he can drink it and vomit it up again...like some people can burb if they will. I've seen such a guy in our city..street performer...he drank about 2l of water and shooted it aout again like a fountain...was a pretty nice show..
plus there was a doku on tv where they checked it amonst other stuff like sword swallowing...its 100% no fake
