#2 nice idea!!! It will works only for a few months, after everybody will know it's a fake rope. But can be used in combination with an awareness campaign, viral videos and a website with some "slow down" games
(hmmmm I have to change my work, too many ideas that end in the trashbin

Are there people that stupid out there well done to the guys in the clip, this is pure class , #14 there is a law against it , well in most country's over here it would be classed as either drunk and disorderly
or obstructing traffic , even though there not holding anything there still causing a disturbance in the usually flow of traffic and could be arrested for it.

Yesterday someone in Belgium used a real rope or a steel wire to be precise which sent a motorcyclist into hospital in critical condition.
So you might regard this one as a fairly sick joke knowing that the real thing took lives in the past and may take lives in the future.

I hope these guys did that on April Fools Day. I did that at night when I was a kid and we used to yell, "Pull the rope!" Then we ran, while laughing, from angry guys who'd screeched to a halt.

-very clever visual-illusion prank, much as a mime! However, if a motorist were to be startled, panic and swerve to miss the phantom-rope coming at his windshield, -and the motorist hits a tree and is instantly killed, --could the perpetrators be prosecuted for murder? One moment life is full of fun, -while the next instant it is tragic, --its an enigma...!!! ~Robair in SinDiego
